She also works as an Analytical Specialist in Therapeutics and Narcotics at the Central Health Laboratories, Ministry of Health, where precision, ethics, and evidence-based practice are essential.

For years, she worked in clinical and scientific environments, grounded in evidence, precision, and responsibility. From the outside, everything looked stable and successful. Yet like many women, she was carrying constant pressure , to achieve, to give, to stay strong, and to keep going no matter how tired she felt.
She has faced the same struggle reflected in so many women around me: intelligent, capable women doing everything “right,” yet feeling disconnected from their bodies, emotionally exhausted, and overwhelmed. They weren’t lacking discipline or motivation , they were lacking space, safety, and compassion.
Through both science and personal experience, she learned a powerful truth: healing doesn’t happen when we push harder. It happens when we feel supported, understood, and safe enough to listen to ourselves again.
